MG337 Project Management3 credit(s) This course examines the project management framework and introduces key terms used in project management. This course will explore the dimensions and elements of project management; concepts, methodologies, strategies, and structures. Upon completion of the course, the student is able to apply project management techniques to develop timelines, network diagrams, and critical path analysis. During the semester, the student has the opportunity to work on a project where he/she is able to demonstrate understanding of the course objectives. Prerequisite: C grade or higher in MG219 .
