Professional Licensure Disclosures

Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota is required by federal law to disclose to prospective and current students its determination of whether its programs meet educational requirements for licensure in a state.  Professional licensing requirements and processes vary widely; students should consult the appropriate licensing agency in their jurisdiction before beginning any course of study to ensure program compatibility.  Only state or territorial licensing boards may determine whether a student’s academic preparation meets educational requirements for professional licensure in that jurisdiction.  Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota cannot guarantee an individual’s attainment of licensure or certification, in any field, in any jurisdiction.
