The course centers upon utilizing and managing human resources by effective integration of personal goals and organizational goals. Topics include recruitment, selection, appraisal, training and compensation. The course also integrates corporate and human resource strategy (salary and fringe benefits). Prerequisites: M145 and C grade or higher in MG219.
