This course investigates business management in the international arena. Emphasis is placed on how managers in multinational organizations address such issues as cultural differences, strategic analysis, organizational structure, global coordination, inter-organizational cooperation, and human resource management. Prerequisites: BU285 and C grade or higher in MG219.
