PY341 Health Psychology

Health psychology examines theories pertaining to the relationship between health cognitions and behaviors, with special emphasis on the physiological impact of psychological processes such as stress.  It will explore both the biological and psychological components of health, focusing on classic theories and current research to foster an understanding of factors that contribute to physical and mental health and illness. Prerequisite:  PY111 .
