BIA633 Artificial Intelligence Strategy (3 cr.)

This course prepares students to apply artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI for strategic impact across industries. Students explore AI agents, ethical integration, and business applications that enhance productivity, innovation, and decision-making. The course equips students to lead digital transformation through data-driven strategy and responsible AI leadership.

Upon completion of this course, students are expected to be able to do the following:

1. Evaluate the strategic applications of artificial intelligence and generative AI across key business functions to drive innovation and performance.
2. Design ethical and sustainable AI integration strategies that align with organizational goals and promote responsible data practices and human flourishing.
3. Communicate data-driven insights and AI strategies effectively to influence decision-making and lead digital transformation initiatives.
4. Evaluate AI strategy frameworks to ensure emerging technologies enhance human capability and human flourishing.
