This major prepares students to enter first-line supervisory positions or management trainee programs in large corporations or governmental organizations, or small to medium sized enterprises. Current trends in the management of organizations, both technical and behavioral, are the central focus of study. The management major is recommended for students intending to seek careers in personnel, product, project, and systems management.
