CGED647 Organizational Behavior (3 cr.) The purpose of this course is to equip students with knowledge and understanding of human interaction and behavior in workplace setting. It focuses on understanding oneself and how to build relationships with others within the organization. Topics include foundations, origins, and theories of organizational behavior; individual and group behavior; managing relationships; motivation; factors affecting organizational behavior; implications of organizational behavior theory; contemporary trends in organizational behavior; and engagement and commitment.
