PHDE662 Program Assessment and Evaluation (3 cr.)

This course addresses the criteria and process for creating programs with measurable outcomes. Students learn to articulate and assess program results to demonstrate effectiveness in meeting stated outcomes.

Upon completion of this course, students are expected to be able to do the following:

1. Identify program outcomes and develop performance measures.
2. Identify programmatic resources, including financial, to meet objectives.
3. Create and implement a data collection plan.
4. Analyze the data.
5. Communicate the results.
