AR288 Web Design I3 credit(s) Web Design I is a course covering a range of web and interactive technologies in both technical and design areas. Students earn HTML, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), analytics, Adobe Dreamweaver and UX/UI tools. Web and image manipulation in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are also covered, as well as user interface theory and usability. Students learn how to create image galleries, design, and organize information for ease of navigation, and learn what makes a website into an effective communication or marketing tool. Prerequisites: AR103 and AR203 .
