P155 Foundations of Physics3 credit(s) This course is intended for elementary education majors as well as other non-science majors. It examines the conceptual frameworks that underlie some fundamental topics in physics; including motion, forces, energy, heat, static electricity, magnetism, waves, and light. This course is taught studio-style with the hands-on lab exercises incorporated daily. Offered every spring semester.
Priority registration is given to elementary education majors but all are welcome to take the course for general education requirements.
