TH121 The Bible: Encounter with God I

3 credit(s)
Together with TH130, this course will provide an overview of the whole of the biblical cannon within a theological perspective.  Students will gain an appreciation for the broad sweep of the story of salvation recounted in the Scriptures and how the Bible nourishes the life of faith in every age.  This course will focus on three subsections of the Old Testament: the Pentateuch, the Historical Writings, and the Prophets.
