EDD855 Organizational Development (3 cr.)Prerequisite(s): EDD809 , EDD821 This course positions organizational development as a strategic design discipline. Students diagnose organizational conditions, articulate a future-state vision, and design integrated interventions that align people, culture, structure, and strategy. Emphasis is placed on leading change, fostering innovation, and building adaptive organizations in complex environments. Students produce an organizational development blueprint that prepares an organization for sustained performance.
