EL635 Leadership for Continuous Improvement (3 cr.) This course provides educational leaders with the essential knowledge and skills to identify, design, implement, and evaluate continuous improvement initiatives within their organizations. Students engage in rigorous research methodologies to identify systemic challenges, develop evidence-based solutions, and strategically plan for sustainable change. Through a blend of theoretical exploration and hands-on application, students develop a comprehensive improvement proposal that integrates an artificial intelligence (A.I.) component and outlines a detailed project plan for its implementation and evaluation. Ethical considerations related to A.I. in education, data privacy, and equitable access will be critically examined throughout the course.
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to do the following:
