EDD856 Organizational Effectiveness (3 cr.)Prerequisite(s): EDD809 , EDD814 , EDD821 , EDD 855 This course examines organizational effectiveness as a systems-level design and evaluation challenge. Building on organizational development, students assess and optimize alignment among strategy, structure, culture, and performance systems. Emphasis is placed on competing values, stakeholder perspectives, and measurement frameworks. Students evaluate real-world organizations and design integrated effectiveness systems that support sustained performance.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:
